Monday, July 07, 2003 ( 11:25 PM ) Lenny Hi, Just spent a lovely weekend with Helen and Russ. They dropped by for a blitz visit. We had the yearly feasts here in Tielt and it seemed like a good occasion to have some good food and drinks and to enjoy the fun! I've officially started packing for the trip to Plymouth. It's so close now, this time in less than 48 hours we're all there! I hope the weather will be good, but according to Helen there's a good chance of that since Plymouth is apparently located in a mini-tropical paradise ... I didn't know Britain had that! LOL! I'm still having a good time fitnessing, although I'm getting sick of not being able to follow in most step and aerobics classes. I wish they would think about the beginners ... I might just stick to muscle training and fitness equipment from now on. See you later! Lenny #
