Tuesday, August 30, 2005 ( 11:10 PM ) Lenny Hi, I'm in my last week of summer holiday. I can't believe how fast these months have gone by again ... It's a pity the weather was so bad here in Belgium all summer. Fortunately, I powered up on solar energy in Spain for 2 1/2 weeks! Last week I accompanied my boyfriend Micha and his friend Gert to a famous Belgian racing event: 24 hours of Zolder. I will admit that I didn't expect much of it to begin with ... I don't like racing, rally, formula 1 (whatever the difference is) ... but that event was truly horrible!
The decadence of the whole thing made me sick, really. Stupid boys who never outgrew their puberty spend millions of euros on fancy toys ... while millions of people in this world don't even have food! The only good thing about it really was the bungee-jumping and the food stands ... Ah, fries CAN be a comfort! I just had to get this off my chest ... Lenny #
